This is a 51 year old woman who underwent two prior rhinoplasties by two different surgeons. She was left with an extremely crooked nose where too much of the nasal bone was removed, and she felt her nose was too pointy. This complex revision rhinoplasty involved multiple cartilage grafts from her septum to rebuild and straighten her nose, a temporalis fascia graft due to her thin skin, and nostril reductions.
