This is a 22-year-old woman (identical twin) who always felt her nose was large for her face, especially on profile. Double board-certified rhinoplasty specialist, Dr. Anurag Agarwal, performed an external rhinoplasty on her to straighten her nose and give her a smaller, more feminine nose.
